đź Hey folks! Today, we've got a few new updates for you. Let's start with the bugs:
đ Bugs:
- A few performance optimizations.
- The music no longer stops when chosing an upgrade.
- I finally managed to replicate the bug that caused a 6th card to appear and, often along with it, a soft-lock. This bug should finally be gone FOREVER. I hope. Please.
âš New Features:
- The XP system has been CHANGED AGAIN. You no longer need to collect chests to get your level-up upgrade. The menu now appears automatically as soon as you level up! Chests are still available on the map though.
- This new system introduces another new feature: power-up items. So far, thereâs only one — "da bomb". When slimes die, they have a chance of dropping this bomb. If you pick it up, all slimes on the screen explode. Cool, right? Many more are coming soon.
đïž UI Update:
- The upgrade menu has received a little GRAPHICAL LIFTING. UI is still not my strong suit, but I added a few shaders (youâll find the list in the game page description, I didnât code them myself) to make everything visually more appealing. Now, I just need some well-placed sound effects to complete the experience.

đź Salut les pot'zors ! Aujourd'hui, quelques petites nouveautĂ©s au menu. Commençons par les bugs :
đ Bugs :
- Quelques optimisations de performances.
- La musique ne se stoppe plus lors de la sélection d'une amélioration.
- Jâai enfin rĂ©ussi Ă rĂ©pliquer le bug qui causait une 6Ăšme carte et, souvent avec, un soft-block. Ce bug devrait enfin avoir disparu Ă JAMAIS. J'espĂšre. PitiĂ©.
⚠Nouveautés :
- Le systĂšme dâXP a ENCORE Ă©tĂ© changĂ©. DĂ©sormais, il nâest plus question de ramasser des coffres pour obtenir son upgrade de niveau, le menu sâaffichera directement dĂšs que vous montez de niveau ! Des coffres sont toujours trouvables sur la carte cependant.
- Ce nouveau systĂšme fait place Ă une autre nouveautĂ© : des items power-up. Pour lâinstant, il nâen existe quâun : la "da bomb". En mourant, les slimes ont une chance de lĂącher cette bombe. Si vous la ramassez, tous les slimes Ă lâĂ©cran explosent. Top, non ? Bien dâautres sont Ă venir.
đïž Mise Ă jour de lâUI :
- Le menu des upgrades a eu un petit LIFTING graphique. L'UI, ce nâest toujours pas mon fort, mais jâai ajoutĂ© quelques shaders (vous trouverez la liste dans la description de la page du jeu, ce nâest pas moi qui les ai codĂ©s) pour rendre tout ça visuellement plus intĂ©ressant. Il ne me manque plus que quelques effets sonores bien sentis.
